In his travels Wayne has extensively hunted and fished, not only his native regions, but across the entire midwest as well.
Wayne has been involved in a multitude of real estate transactions in the past 20 years, representing and selling residential properties, commercial properties as well as over 40,000 acres of land. His experience as an Accredited Land Consultant (one of only 4 ALC brokers in our area) and training from the Realtor Land Institute (RLI) has aided many of these transactions. Wayne’s additional oil and gas investment experience allows him a unique and strategic insight into this highly competitive market. Extensive training in soil types, productions, valuation, and leasing options has enabled him to become one of the key driving forces behind the only large scale Ohio and West Viriginia based leasing firm which holds fast at the top of the market.
